HandCraft Pro. End User License Agreement (EULA)
This is a legal agreement between you and Tal Minks, covering your use of HandCraft Pro. (the “Software”).
1) Ownership and Copyright:
The Software is owned by Tal Minks and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material.
2) Restrictions on Distribution and Sub-Licensing:
You may not distribute, rent, sub-license, or otherwise make available to others the Software or its documentation or copies thereof, except as expressly permitted in this License Agreement without prior written consent from Tal Minks. In the case of an authorized transfer, the transferee must agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
3) Prohibition of Modification, Decompilation, or Reverse Engineering:
You may not modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software.
4) Warranty Disclaimer:
The licensee assumes the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software. There is no warranty for the Software, and the Software is provided “as is.”
5) License Scope:
The Software license is restricted to individual use. If you purchase a single freelance license, you may use the Software on all of your personal work machines. If you purchase a single seat studio license, the Software can only be used at one workplace. If you purchase a multi-seat license, the Software may be used at multiple workstations within a single company or organization.
6) Termination:
This License Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Software and all copies thereof. This License will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the Software and all copies thereof.
7) Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Tal Minks be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if Tal Minks has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
